Is that because Trubisky is not on his opening line of script or Matt Nagy is off his script and therefore not as efficient? I'm going to go with Trubisky having a problem as the times he's demonstrated that he'll miss easy throws. Although the Bears defense has been, in 2018 your quarterback as well as your offense have to be at an elite level to be successful in the playoffs.
But I do think it's time to believe in the Bears, who are still one year away from Super Bowl contention. On Sunday, Chase Daniel showed why he routinely gets paid big sums of money to play backup. He scored 27-37 and 220 yards with two scores. The game proved Matt Nagy is a legit coach. Although he didn't know it beforehand however, the Bears offense was able work under those circumstances. They didn't really have an offense, but maintained their open players throughout the game.
