Can't decide between a Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7. Thinking I should get the 5 and put more money into the GPU since that matters more for gaming, but I keep reading that extra cores help with editing too.

Also not sure if 16GB RAM is enough or if I should go with 32GB. I've been browsing motherboards here: https://etechdevices.com/collections/desktop-motherboards to get a sense of pricing, but not sure which one pairs best with either CPU option.

Anyone done a similar build recently? Would love to hear what you went with.
