I mostly play games and do some video editing, and my budget is around $400.

I was browsing through https://www.orangehardwares.com/collections/graphics-cards and found a bunch of options in my price range, but I'm not sure which one is actually worth it. Does anyone have tips on what to look for, or a good card around that budget? Also not sure if I should wait for a sale or just buy now.
