I recently helped my cousin shortlist an ios app development company in dubai for his booking app idea. We assumed once the idea was clear, the rest would be simple. Turns out comparing timelines, communication styles, and pricing models was way harder than expected. Everyone promises smooth delivery, but how do you really judge fit before signing. Has anyone here learned the hard way what to check first.
