I am currently working with a large MBOX mailbox file that contains thousands of emails. I do not want to export the entire mailbox. Instead, I only need to export a few specific emails from the MBOX file into separate EML files so I can share them with my legal and support teams. The problem is that most tools and methods I have tried only allow full MBOX export, not selective or individual email conversion. Also, I am worried about losing email headers, attachments, and original formatting during the process. Can MBOX emails be exported to EML individually without exporting the complete mailbox?
