Scientists reported at the annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience in November that if healthy people don't get enough sleep one night, they will feel anxious the next day and have different patterns of brain activity.   People with anxiety problems usually have trouble sleeping. The new results show that not getting enough sleep can actually make you more anxious.
